You will find me in movies, in commercials, and on the cover of that core workout video you picked up last week. I have a soft side. A professional side. A family side. And a martial-arts-knock-it-back-with-Steven-Seagal side. Don't judge me yet as there are sides still to be discovered as I reach for new directions every day. The WBFF World Championships takes place Saturday, September 19th in Toronto and I will be competing for my first time in the WBFF Figure Amateur category. I am hoping to win my WBFF Pro Card at this show!

...so I came back from a fun sunny day in Toronto doing a photo shoot for Oxygen Magazine and then I left to compete in another competition in Miami, FL, the Figure Universe! Marc and I had a blast preparing for the show and we learned SO much from this competition. I am glad I went to compete and I'm super glad I had time to enjoy the trip in beautiful Miami. ...now 12 weeks till' the next one!
